This page explains what information SubPick (subpick.store) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email, the product you bought and the payment details you enter (method, sender number, transaction ID).
• Activation details: the account email or ID you give us for products activated on your own account.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email, phone and a securely stored (hashed) password.
• Website use: pages you visit and how you use the site, collected by analytics tools (see below).

How we use it

• To confirm your payment, deliver your order and give support.
• To send order emails (confirmation, delivery, refunds). We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
• To prevent fraud and protect the website.
• To understand what works on the site and improve it.

Delivery details

Access details we deliver (like logins) are stored encrypted and shown only on your order page and in your order email.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure visits and ads. These tools use cookies and can record how pages are used. Order and checkout pages are hidden from session recordings. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share only what is needed to run the service: our payment and email providers, the suppliers who fulfil your order, and the analytics tools above. We may share information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account or correct your details by messaging us on WhatsApp at 01683097896.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
